As a transformation agency, Construct Digital's launch of the TransformAsians podcast aligns perfectly with its ethos. Featuring a tech innovator and a seasoned CEO as hosts, the podcast dives into how people and technology together drive industry-wide change, showcasing stories from Asia's changemakers.
What seems to be the problem?
Construct Digital already possessed a strong brand identity. The task was to let TransformAsians carve its niche while maintaining a harmonic resonance with its parent brand.

A Transformative Icon
The logo thoughtfully encapsulates the podcast's core principle through an engaging optical illusion. Featuring two speech bubbles in distinct positions, one in green symbolising people and the other in blue for technology, they merge into a red area indicative of transformative change. This emblematic intersection reflects the podcast's belief in the power of altering perspectives to discover innovative solutions, emphasising the central theme: people + technology = change.

This concept of playful perception was then woven into a modular design system, applied across social posts and video title cards
